It takes a great deal of money to run the Sparta United Women’s Team.  In keeping with the spirit of equal opportunity, players are only asked to pay a yearly nominal fee in order to be a member of the team.  The organization itself is entirely run on a volunteer basis – the administration, coaching staff, and various volunteers give of their time and experience without any financial compensation.  Sparta women rely almost entirely upon fund raising, donations, and sponsors to meet the financial obligations/expenses associated with the team.
